One-on-one sessions, at your convenience, tailored to your goals. Whether it be aiming for a special event or just getting fit and healthy.
Alongside our Zoom classes we are now running outdoors sessions to allow you the choice depending on your circumstances. Outdoor sessions will follow strict social distancing guidelines and we will not be using any equipment. Please do not attend these classes if you have been asked to self isolate or are feeling unwell.
